02 — CRM
A rep workspace built around the calling day.
Home, My Leads and Pipeline, with calling, outcomes, follow-ups, qualification and demos on one lead page — and the Sales Academy that trains reps to use it.

One lead page for the whole call.
Everything a rep does on a call happens on the lead page. The Call button rings the rep’s own phone through Twilio, then the prospect. Afterwards the rep logs one of eight outcomes with a note of up to 1,000 characters, sets a dated follow-up, marks the lead qualified, or books a demo and later marks it done or a no-show. Earnings shows commission on what customers actually pay; Career progress shows the path to field ready.
Due work rises to the top.
Illustrative grouping using the states the lead page records. Each rep’s work runs overdue, untouched, due today, then the rest.

Call
One button. The server rings the rep’s phone first, then the prospect. No softphone to install.
- 02
Log
Eight call outcomes and a note of up to 1,000 characters, saved to the lead.
- 03
Follow up
A dated follow-up. My Leads groups work into Today, Overdue and Coming up.

Train
The Sales Academy: a seven-day course and a certification exam, docked beside the lead in the desktop app.
What the record shows.
Each figure names its source. Development and Staging results are labelled as such; nothing here is a customer result.
Sales Academy modules, lessons and certification questions. Passing takes 85%; three compliance questions fail automatically.
