05 — Sales copilot
One line at a time: say this, listen, or wait.
A copilot for live sales calls. After each thing the prospect says, the rep sees one line, chosen by a rule-based sales brain and checked before it appears.

- OpenAI Realtime · Twilio Media Streams · Node on Fly.io · Supabase
- Status
- Ran live in Production from 21 Sep; now off pending review
Rules choose the line. A model can only challenge it.
Call audio is forked one way from Twilio or the browser, so if the copilot stops, the call carries on. Each side is transcribed with OpenAI’s gpt-4o-transcribe. A deterministic brain records what the prospect stated, picks the next objective and drafts a line from approved product language. Five gates — claims, pricing, compliance, consistency and injection — check every line, and any money in it must come from the pricing engine, or it does not show.

- 01
Fork
Audio leaves the call one way. Stop the gateway and the call continues.
- 02
Decide
Stage, facts heard, objections, and price held until pain is confirmed.
- 03
Gate
Claims, pricing, compliance, consistency, injection. Fail one and the line does not show.
- 04
Replay
Recorded call scenarios rerun through a replay harness on every change.
What the record shows.
Each figure names its source. Development and Staging results are labelled as such; nothing here is a customer result.
Median time from the end of a prospect’s turn to the line on screen; 230 ms at the 95th percentile.

From the prospect stopping to the line appearing, on one measured call. The target was under 1 s, so this is not met yet.
