Knowing which lead to work next, and why.

01 — The problem

Leads were piling up with people who couldn’t call them.

Measured on Production on 1 October 2026: 410 leads, 404 never contacted. Five sellers held 304 of them, and four of the five had no call-forwarding phone, so their Dial button could not work.

02 — The approach

Score with reasons, then deal only to people who can call.

Leads come from Apollo, CSV imports, scheduled searches and a crawler that reads public business websites, and a founder reviews them before import. Each opportunity gets a 0–100 score with a plain-language reason for every point. AI reads a lead’s text to suggest urgency and intent, but may only raise them, and only when highly confident. Leads now go only to sellers with a call-forwarding phone and fewer than 200 untouched leads.

03 — How it works

Every point has a reason.

The scoring rules and queue weights from Vayrk’s code (customer opportunities), October 2026.

  1. 01

    Source

Apollo, CSV import, scheduled searches and a website crawler, staged for a founder to review.

  2. 02

    Score

Rules, not a black box: each signal adds or removes points, with a reason attached.

  3. 03

    Deal

Round robin, team or territory — only to sellers who can take a call, with at most 200 untouched leads each.

  4. 04

    Work

Each rep’s queue runs overdue, untouched, due today, then the rest.

04 — Outcomes

What the record shows.

Each figure names its source. Development and Staging results are labelled as such; nothing here is a customer result.
